Shifaa is healthcare platform that connect service providers like Hospitals, Clinics, Radiology etc. we worked on the project from early phases to discover the user journey and close the cycle to identify a clear business model so we can build the database structure, then we created the first models followed by the implementation for the backend, APIs and the frontend (web and mobile)

WEB PORTAL

We developed modern portal that facilate the health care industry, the portal make the booking process for medical services so easy in few steps thanks for our UX/UI engineers who did a great job.

MOBILE APPLICATIONS

We delivered high quality mobile applications for both platforms Android and IOS, we used the latest technology for building the apps, user can book medical service appointments with easy steps in minutes.

BOOKING MANAGEMENT

We delivered an easy to use dashboard where the admins can manage and moderate all the bookings happening in the platform to ensure user satisfaction

PROMOTIONAL CODES

We created promotional codes system to help marketing and sales to attract new users to the platform and to sign contracts with partners and sponsors to lead more revenue streams.

OUR PROCESS

Our project building process followed a flexible model. We started the process by working closely with the client to understand how it works and the different clients the system is designed for. This helped us ascertain the technical complexities and technological requirements. We defined the functions using detailed prototypes and built the first completed prototype with the help of our clients. The prototype was tested by our customers and their feedback was incorporated into the development of the final system. We have developed easy-to-use web portals and a powerful control panel with comprehensive tools for administrators to manage and monitor all aspects of the system. We developed the backend system using PHP Codeigniter Framework, and our database choice was MySQL. Before launching the project, we created a mobile app for Android and iOS, which underwent a rigorous testing process with hundreds of test cases to ensure quality performance.

TEAM

Our team consists of CTO, Business Analysts, Project Manager, Backend Developers, Front End Developers, UX/UI Designer, Mobile Developers and Quality Assurance Engineers. The team's ability to understand complex requirements and their passion to deliver results enabled us to successfully complete the project within the limited time frame of our clients.
